Pecan - Kahlua Pie

Pecan-Kahlua Pie

 

¼ c. butter                            ½ c. dark syrup

¾ c. sugar                            ¾ c. evaporated milk

1 tsp. vanilla                          1 c. pecans

2 T flour                                 1 unbacked pie crust

3 eggs                                    Whipped cream or Cool Whip

½ c. Kahlua

 

Cream Butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.  Add eggs one at a time, slightly beating after each.  Stir in kahlua, syrup, milk and ecans.  Mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Reduce heat to 325 degrees; bake 40 minutes or until firm.  Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
